Joel I. Friedland, Principal

As the founding principal of Brit Properties, LLC and Brit Asset Management, Joel oversees the asset management of multiple real estate investments.  Joel was a co-founder of Epic/Savage Realty Partners, a provider of comprehensive real estate services to its valued clientele. In 2014, Joel and his partners sold their firm to Houston-based Transwestern, a multi-national corporation with affiliates in the United States, Europe and Asia.

Peter Imredy, Controller

Peter, with 18 years of service at the firm, utilizes his extensive experience in accounting and financial analysis in his position of Controller.  Peter oversees investor reporting and the property management accounting for multiple individual properties.  He handles the relationships with outside auditing firms, including preparation and reporting for the completion of property tax returns and annual reports. In addition, Peter assists the property ownership groups with asset management analysis regarding leases, sales and financing activities. He is also responsible for supervision of rent collection and the preparation of common-area maintenance reconciliations for all of the tenants within the portfolio.

Eric Schneider, Asset Manager & Acquisitions

Eric acts in an asset management role for the properties owned by our existing multi-property investment funds.  In addition, Eric works on behalf of Brit’s investors to identify industrial property acquisitions. He initially meets with potential sellers to determine their financial and timing requirements and then utilizes his “deal making skills” to satisfy the needs of the sellers while also matching our acquisition criteria. Eric’s focus includes the purchase of vacant properties on a speculative basis in addition to acquisitions with a sale-lease-back feature.

Mark Friedland, Investor Reporting and Insurance Coordinator

As an integral part of the real estate asset management team, Mark is responsible for coordinating cash distributions and tax reporting.  In addition, Mark maintains relationships with the firm’s tenants to ensure that the proper liability and casualty insurance coverage is in force. In addition, Mark confirms that all contractors and other service providers are properly insured against liabilities and other risks. Mark also provides property management services for the portfolio and works directly with the Controller regarding accounts payable and rent collection.

Dan Tierney, Acquisitions

Dan specializes in property acquisitions. He is often the first point of contact with property owners interested in selling their real estate holdings. He identifies viable investment opportunities, and then hands them off to the acquisition specialist and real estate analysts for further consideration.

Lynne Inglesby, Administrative Support

Lynne provides administrative and organizational support for the investor relations and property management teams, preparing presentations and assisting management with reports and correspondence throughout the entire property ownership cycle. She also prepares reports concerning acquisitions, new leases, lease renewals, and sales.

Austin provides thorough asset management analysis for our existing investments.  Austin’s analytic information is utilized to enhance asset management decisions and investor reporting.  In addition, Austin handles the analytics for potential new investment opportunities.
